Club Speed is designed to fit in to your busy lifestyle without spending hours in the gym. The workouts take just 20minutes 4 x per week.
The Training Program Weekly Schedule Breakdown:
1 × 1hr Private Coaching session per week
3 × 20min Personal Workout (on your own time) sessions per week
Location Requirements:
The 30-Day Program allows you to train from anywhere & on the go with all the necessary equipment being extremely portable, lightweight and adaptable.
You only need a space large enough to swing a driver safely. Many members train in their garage, backyard and/or even an office space.
Injury Prevention:
We prioritize injury prevention with our pre-hab protocols to ensure you train safely. The program is structured to maximize gains without overloading your body.
